Glenda

Name: Glenda
Gender: Female
Age: 2 years, 8 months

Glenda is a sweet, gentle girl with a calm and loving nature. She is an easy companion who truly enjoys the simple things in life like a cozy couch, a predictable routine, and being close to her person.

Glenda’s early life was not easy. She was originally brought to the shelter as a very young puppy after being removed from an unsafe situation. While all of her siblings were adopted, Glenda was returned multiple times due to circumstances completely outside of her control. These experiences left her understandably cautious around other dogs, but never took away her kind heart or her ability to love people.

Today, Glenda is fully house trained, sleeps through the night, and is not a barker. She loves going for walks and enjoys beach days, but at home she is a total couch potato who is happiest snuggled up and relaxing. She is affectionate, loyal, not a picky eater, not destructive, and does not struggle with separation anxiety.

Because of her past experiences, Glenda would thrive as the only pet in a calm, peaceful home where she can feel safe and soak up all the love she deserves. In the right environment, she is incredibly well behaved and deeply devoted to her person.

Glenda would do best with:
• Being the only pet in the home
• A calm, quiet household
• A family who values routine, patience, and gentle companionship

Glenda has been through more than any dog should, yet she remains loving, trusting, and full of quiet devotion. She is ready for a peaceful forever home where she can finally settle in and feel secure.
