Gender: Female
Age: Approximately 6 to 7 months

Lapis is a sweet, gentle girl with the most loving heart. She was sadly abandoned on someone's property in North Florida, but despite her difficult start, she has remained incredibly trusting, affectionate, and ready to find a family to call her own.

Lapis is wonderful with other dogs and has the cutest little personality. One of her favorite bedtime routines is gathering all of her toys into her crate before curling up to sleep with them. It's impossible not to smile watching this precious girl tuck herself in each night.

She is doing wonderfully with potty training and is learning to walk nicely on leash. At around 30 pounds, Lapis is the perfect medium size and is expected to stay on the smaller side as she finishes growing.

Lapis would do best with:
• A family looking for a sweet, affectionate companion
• A home with other dogs or plenty of love and companionship
• A family ready to continue her training and help her build confidence

Lapis has so much love to give and is ready to leave her past behind. She is looking for a forever family who will cherish her, spoil her, and give her the happy ending she deserves.
