Pedro is a handsome Shepherd and Lab mix with the sweetest, most gentle heart. At around 55 pounds, we expect him to grow to approximately 65 pounds when fully grown. While he may be a little shy at first, all he really wants is a family to love and a place where he can feel safe.

Pedro's favorite place in the world is curled up on the couch with his people. He has a calm, affectionate personality and, once he trusts you, becomes the most loyal companion you could ask for.

He can also be a little timid when meeting new dogs, but with a little time and proper introductions, he settles in beautifully. Once he's comfortable, he'll happily become your dog's best friend and biggest shadow.

Pedro is neutered, healthy, up to date on all of his vaccinations, potty trained, and walks beautifully on leash. He has wonderful manners and is simply looking for a patient family who will give him the time he needs to build confidence and show his true personality.

Pedro would do best with:
• A patient family willing to let him settle in at his own pace
• A calm home where he can continue building confidence
• Other dogs with slow, proper introductions
