Smoky is a handsome Shepherd and Lab mix with the perfect balance of playful energy and sweet companionship. He is smart, adventurous, and full of personality, while still being well mannered and easy to have around.

One of Smoky’s favorite things in the world is exploring on walks, especially when there are plenty of interesting scents to investigate. Give him a trail, some fresh air, and time to sniff around, and he is one happy boy. With his fluffy tail and curious personality, he looks like a little woodland creature out on an adventure.

Smoky does well with other dogs given proper introductions and enjoys having canine friends. He is not aggressive toward cats, though he may occasionally try to chase if they run because he thinks it is part of the fun. He appears to be potty trained and sleeps soundly through the night, already showing wonderful house manners.

Smoky would do best with:
• An active family that enjoys walks, hikes, or outdoor adventures
• A home committed to continued structure and engagement
• Other dogs with proper introductions

Smoky is an incredibly smart, loving boy who is ready to find someone to share life’s adventures with. Whether it is exploring a trail or relaxing at home after a long day, Smoky is happiest simply being by your side.
