Sushi is a sweet, happy-go-lucky girl who is ready to find the forever family she's been waiting for. She came to us from a high-kill shelter in South Carolina alongside her sister, who has already found her forever home. Now it's Sushi's turn to have her happy ending.

At just 36 pounds, Sushi is the perfect medium-sized companion. She has a wonderful personality and loves everyone she meets. She is friendly, affectionate, and has an easygoing nature that makes her a joy to be around.

Sushi is wonderful with other dogs, fully potty trained, crate trained, and sleeps through the night. She also rides beautifully in the car and is always happy to hop into the passenger seat for her next adventure.

She enjoys getting out for a walk or two each day, but she's just as content relaxing at home afterward with one of her favorite bones before curling up beside her people on the couch. Sushi has the perfect balance of playful energy and laid-back companionship.
